Managing Partner

Mr. Green is an experienced family office and private equity investment professional having spent over 10 years with the Packer family in Australia with further 10+ years in Asia looking primarily at technology and consumer investments. Mr. Green has deep experience working on a variety of growth investments, collaboratively with founders and management teams on operational initiatives. Mr. Green holds a degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of the West of England.Expertise: Tech & consumer investments, family office networks, operational initiatives.

Mark Banner

Partner

Mr. Banner is a seasoned private equity and investment professional with extensive experience in financial technology, digital assets, and strategic financial leadership. During his career, Mr. Banner has worked across Asia, particularly in Indonesia looking at predominately consumer investment opportunities. Mr. Banner has decades of M&A and leveraged finance experience. Mr. Banner holds a dual degree in Computer Science and Philosophy from Dartmouth College.Expertise: Fintech, digital assets, M&A, leveraged finance.

Stephen Choi

Partner

Mr. Choi has over 20 years experience leading growth capital, mid-market buyout and cross-border private equity investments. Mr. Choi has transacted across consumer retail & FMCG, value-added manufacturing, financial services, healthcare and TMT sectors. Mr. Choi holds a degree in Actuarial Studies and Finance, Macquarie University and Masters Degree, Macquarie University.Expertise: Growth capital, multi-sector expertise, strategic expansion.
